
I think this one of my favourite quotations.
It is well known, but if by chance you don’t know it, or where it comes from, it is by Oscar Wilde. It comes from Act One his 1892 play Lady Windermere’s Fan, and is spoken by the character Lord Darlington.
“I can resist everything except temptation.”
So true.
