I imagine

falling into sleep

with your back

pressed to my chest

and your sweet breasts

cupped in my hands

your heart beating

in time

with mine,

Oh to lose myself

in the wild morning tangle

of your hair

and place my soft, hungry kiss

sweet-scented

sleep-scented
