at the edge
she waits
half hoping
for a gust of wind
a friendly push
or a sudden
twist of fate.
But only she
can decide
whether to jump
or to hesitate.

What an accurate description of feelings and uncertain times.
Stay on the edge, so still, silent, stiff and unhappy.
Turn back to look, spat on, loose and lie to live on lust, as no love to be found.
Jump, forgive, means, free fall, frenzied and finding a concealed fairytale of old.
