is transient

fleeting

momentary

elusive

ephemeral

evanescent.

 

In a moment

it is gone

as if it had

never been.

 

Opportunity

is to be grasped

with both hands

before it vanishes

forever.

    I agree. Some opportunities present themselves only once and you may regret never acting on them.
