You make them special

I imagine you reading

the dull

and tedious lines

I have written.

Your perfect mouth

forming the words

making them special

beautiful and pure

as they touch you.

    Your words about “fingertips touching as the train leaves the station,” were not tedious at all. They, infact, stole my breath away. One of my favorite tweets, aphorisms, of yours…truly. I could feel the spark and the melancholy and the lurching movement of the train. I could hear the whistle of the train and the sound of the breaks being released. Wonderful.
