Everything can change

16 Nov

Red in the Rain by Andre Kohn

In a moment

in a heart beat

in an instant

the scratch of a pen

a random act of violence

the stroke of a butterfly’s wing

the flutter of a lash

the breaking of a promise

the kiss of betrayal

the hand of forgiveness

a twist of fate

the sound

of your goodbye

everything can change

nothing

is forever

So very true…and sometimes fighting against it just prolongs the agony

Often what we see as a negative in the end is the right change needed…

It is the nearly random cause that devastates I think. I enjoyed the wisdom of this piece as well as the form you gave it.
