Still hungry

24 Oct

I am still hungry,

yet no longer know

what will satisfy.

I am not a gambler

craving

the game’s sweet rush.

I do not yearn

for another conquest.

I am not so obvious

Or so easily fulfilled

.

I am still hungry

yet no longer feel

that familiar longing.

I am not an addict

needing

an habitual fix.

I do not ache

for physical release.

I am not that predictable.

Or that lightly entertained.

.

.

That kind of hunger is indefinable….and I think we only know what it is after we have found what slates it.

    I’m starving like Isabelle.

Hunger is ongoing…even if you eat a huge meal today, that doesn’t mean you will not wake up ravenous tomorrow. That’s the problem with hunger.

    Bisous,
    Dawn

PS: I’m on day four of a crap diet. I really am starving!

      The hunger always returns.
Ah, dieting. I am fortunate with my shape. I’m sure for you dieting is also superfluous .

The undefinable itch you can’t find to scratch. I know it well!

The challenge is working out what it is that you need to ease your hunger at this point. It may not be apparent right away, but you will find it. You will. You must. The alternative is unbearable.

Once again you’ve given a voice to familiar feelings and needs.

    Beautiful.

I am stunned at how beautiful your work is. It reaches a spot in my mind that often difficult to touch. Brilliant and I look forward to more.

Lovely writing R.D. You know what they say, “if you don’t use it, you loose it!” Following you for quite some time now, I love your stories and reading all these comments, it’s obvious you still have the art of attraction down pat…I’m sure the fading is only temporary. As soon as a brown eyed submissive with long silky dark hair, legs that don’t quit, nice rack and a slender waist flaunts herself at you… you’ll be doing the chicken dance again. We hens love our rooster! M.

Smiles. You are probably right. I am a slave to submissive beauty.

Love (or whatever it is You like to call it) is some hungry thing; often ravenous, sometimes satiated, and rarely full.

Laughing. Indeed. A mixture of the exotic and the familiar, the sacred and the profane.

Amazing piece and I adore the photo.. It makes me want to cut my hair to have bangs. Rebecca must have been a lovely and stunning lady.
