    Sounds like meditation to me. Meditation near any body of water…transformative…at least for that moment.

    I am so happy you have the strength of character and an attachment to the sea to bring you back to earth.
    I’m afraid that many of the infatuated I’ve observed in the universe of social media would require a tsunami of shock therapy and/or a lobotomy to knock them back into reality, if they ever were. 🙂
